This is a rare opportunity to step into a growing practice with strong local demand and mentorship from an experienced independent physician. Dr. Libby Flower, MD, owner of Bohemian Concierge Care and Sebastopol Urgent Care, is seeking a motivated early-career physician interested in a junior partner track. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how an independent practice operates while building and growing your own concierge panel. In this role, you will provide relationship-based, patient-centered care in a concierge model while developing your own panel over time. You will also gain experience in urgent care through scheduled shifts, providing a stable income base as you build your practice. The position offers real-world exposure to both clinical care and the business side of private practice. You will receive direct mentorship in building and managing a concierge medical practice, with the opportunity for long-term growth and autonomy. Optional exposure to aesthetic and laser technologies is available, though not required. The role is structured as an independent contractor position for the first approximately 6 months, with reduced overhead during the ramp-up period. As your panel grows, the position transitions into a long-term model with shared overhead and a sustainable partnership structure. We are looking for a physician who is interested in autonomy, relationship-based care, and a non-traditional model of medicine.
