Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and support ongoing customer service efforts. Adopt new sales technology tools to optimize outreach strategies and improve overall sales performance. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or B2B sales environments with a focus on technology or related products. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with Salesforce Cloud is highly desirable. Familiarity with sales automation technologies, call center operations, and outbound calling strategies. Demonstrated success in deal closing, customer service, and consultative selling approaches. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent phone communication skills and a professional demeanor. Previous experience with telemarketing or customer engagement roles is preferred; familiarity with sales technology adoption is a plus.
