Agent Services Concierge

Sierra Sotheby's International Realty is a fast-paced, innovative real estate company specializing in selling spectacular properties throughout Southern California and Nevada, providing luxury service. We are currently seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, organized professional with fantastic communication and customer service skills to join our team. The ideal Agent Services Concierge candidate will perform a wide range of administrative tasks and provide support for our excellent team of agents and brokers with high-level verbal and written communication skills, the ability to think critically and problem solve, and has a people-centric mindset.

Job:

Our Agent Services Concierge works side-by-side with the local Sierra Sotheby's International Realty leadership team to provide exceptional support for our roster of real estate agents. This person communicates with every department within the company, including marketing, and creative services. Job responsibilities will include the following: Providing group or 1-on-1 training to agents on company technologies and processes Assisting with new agent onboarding Cross-communicating with other departments to answer agent inquiries Executing basic marketing tasks such as creating and ordering templated listing materials, initiating canned ads, and logging campaign results Managing market referrals Assisting with administrative/office manager duties like stocking and ordering office supplies, sorting office mail, taking company calls during the designated phone shift, and greeting agents, clients, or staff who enter the office. Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range dependent upon experience. In addition to base pay, we provide employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) and other plans. Full-Time employees are eligible for Vacation and Sick Time in accordance with our Paid Time Off Policy. Additionally, the company observes 12 paid holidays. Hours are 8:30 - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
