Confidently explain the benefits of Verizon's residential fiber internet and other telecom services, helping customers see the value in what we offer. Work alongside your team to develop effective strategies and share new ideas that improve our processes and customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on all things Verizon, including product features and service offerings, to provide the most current information.
