Front Desk Concierge On-Site | Wednesday-Sunday | 8:30 AM-5:00
PM Job Summary:
Our client, a globally recognized luxury real estate firm, is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to serve as the face of their office. If you enjoy providing white-glove service, staying one step ahead, and being the person who keeps everything organized behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
Day-to-Day:
As the first point of contact for the office, you'll play an important role in delivering a polished and welcoming experience every day.
Responsibilities include:
Greet clients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Ensure the office is presentation-ready each day, maintaining a polished lobby, coffee bar, conference rooms, and shared spaces. Handle office supply inventory and ordering. Facilitate incoming and outgoing mail, and packages. Arrange office tours and support open house events. Provide administrative support to office leadership as needed. Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and contribute to a seamless day-to-day office experience. Maintain office equipment and facilities (printers, hardware, etc.), proactively identifying maintenance or operational needs and coordinating resolutions.
Job Requirements:
Experience in a front-facing administrative, reception, concierge, or hospitality-focused position. Previous real estate experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work an on-site schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, 8:30am-5:00 pm. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. A naturally welcoming, polished, and service-oriented personality. Top-tier verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked.
What You'll Receive:
Salary:

Pay:
$26.00 - $29.00 per hour
