The Role This is an elevated leadership role designed for a dynamic professional who bridges the gap between high-end hospitality and the cannabis industry. Whether you are a premium hotel concierge/fine-dining server looking to transition your skills into cannabis, or an experienced retail budtender looking to step out from behind the standard dispensary counter into a dynamic lead role, we want to hear from you. As our Lead Lounge Concierge, you will completely own the back-of-house operations while acting as the warm, polished face of our consumption lounge. You will be responsible for setting the vibe, guiding guests, maintaining strict Denver compliance, and driving the lounge's local presence through creative outreach and social media.

Key Responsibilities Table Service & Guest Guidance:

Greet lounge guests with upscale hospitality. Take beverage and cannabis orders table-side, serve craft coffee/drinks, deliver water, and guide clients safely through our menu based on their desired experience (from micro-dosing to elevated tolerance).

Back-of-House & Inventory Control:

Take complete charge of the back of the house. Fulfill table orders, manage stock levels, learn and manage our single-serve portion system, and assist with inventory management.

Lounge Ownership & Cleanliness:

Open the lounge and retail area daily. Maintain pristine presentation and cleanliness of the lounge space, both indoors and outdoors.

Compliance & Regulation Enforcement:

Strictly monitor the facility to ensure guests are abiding by all Denver cannabis hospitality regulations. Safely ensure that no outside products are brought in or consumed on-premises, and maintain a safe environment.

Marketing & Local Outreach:

Drive lounge traffic by managing local outreach and creating engaging social media content to market our products, events, and unique lounge atmosphere. Work actively to meet monthly lounge sales goals.

Team Player Spirit:

During slower periods in the lounge, seamlessly pivot to assist with various tasks around the spa area to support the overall business.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

2+ years in high-end hospitality (Boutique Hotels, Fine Dining, Craft Cocktail Bars, Upscale Coffee Shops) OR premium cannabis retail (Budtending/Dispensary Keyholder).

Schedule:

Mandatory weekend availability (Friday - Sunday shifts are a core requirement of this role).

Credentials:

Must be 21+ and currently hold—or be fully willing and eligible to immediately obtain—a Colorado MED Employee License .

Skills:

Strong communication skills, social media savvy (Instagram/TikTok basic content creation), high trust levels for independent back-of-house work, and an eye for luxury presentation.

Attitude:

A "Swiss Army Knife" mentality—happy to switch from serving a table, to posting an IG story, to helping out in the spa when things are quiet.
