Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, dependable and friendly Front Desk Concierge to be the welcoming face of our facility. This energetic role involves opening the gym M-F, managing front desk operations, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth daily functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills to support our early morning members and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
Greet members and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression of the club Opening concierge must be prompt as the first one in to prepare for the day Manage front desk operations including check-ins, memberships, and inquiries Handle office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, calendar management, and data entry Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Support clerical duties including proofreading, filing, and document preparation Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office software to support daily operations Skills Proven experience in front desk or receptionist roles within office or customer service environments Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills to foster positive interactions Proficiency in computer literacy including Google Workspace and data entry Knowledge of office management procedures Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Personal assistant or administrative experience is highly desirable Join us and be part of a vibrant environment dedicated to health, wellness, and community engagement.
