We are located on the far west end on Colfax at the base of the Foothills. We service clients in the Jeffco area including Evergreen, Conifer, Golden, Morrison, Lakewood, and surrounding front range areas. Weekday Shifts 6:45 am

  • 10:00am & 3:45 pm
  • 7:00pm As the face of our company, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves both people and dogs, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
We are a top-tier dog daycare and boarding facility that values professionalism, communication, and creating an outstanding experience for every client and pup that walks through our doors. You must be reliable in this position. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. This position will be cross trained on different positions so you know our full spectrum of dog care and routines. In order to be an excellent front desk staff, you will need to know how we operate to better communicate to customers. We offer bonuses and raises based on performance. After 90 days, we will offer a performance based raise at that time. This position has the opportunity for growth and moving into higher positions based on performance. We are open every day of the year to take care of the dogs in our care. We need employees who are available on weekdays, weekends and holidays. Variable schedules can be accommodated. Candidates with availability on weekends and holidays will be chosen over candidates with no availability on weekends. Starting at $17.75/hour, employees can earn up to $24.00/hour. Raises (and bonuses) are dependant on reliability, communication skills, availability, team work, work ethic, and ability to understand dog body language. There is a shared employee tip pool. Tips are distributed based on hours worked and typically add $1
  • 4/hour to employees' earnings depending on customer tipping and overall tip-pool amounts.
Responsibilities Greet clients and dogs with warmth and professionalism Manage check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, emails, and scheduling Multitask efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and team members Problem solve and handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy Recommend services, packages, and memberships to clients Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front desk environment Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both pets and people Qualifications Must love dogs and feel comfortable around all breeds and personalities Previous customer service, hospitality, reception, retail, or sales experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, personable, and confident interacting with clients Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to educate clients on services Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is outgoing, motivated, genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients, stays calm under pressure, and can balance excellent customer service with efficiency and attention to detail.
