Job Description
Residency Specialist General Statement of Duties:
This position plays a key role in guiding prospective residents and their families through the move-in process for both Assisted Living and Independent Living. This position is responsible for managing inquiries, providing personalized tours, assisting with applications and assessments, and supporting a smooth transition into the community.Supervision Received:
Reports to the Senior Director of Caseys Pond.Supervision Exercised:
None.Essential Functions:
Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries from prospective residents and families. Conduct engaging community tours and highlight features tailored to individual needs. Maintain accurate CRM records, track leads, and follow up consistently to move prospects through the pipeline. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure readiness for new move-ins for Independent and Assisted Living. Coordinate pre-move-in evaluations, physician orders, and service agreements for Assisted Living residents. Serve as a liaison between prospective residents, family members, referral sources, and internal teams Participate in internal/external outreach events, community engagement efforts, and relationship building in collaboration with Northwest Colorado Health Outreach and Marketing staff. Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies regarding admissions and residency. Assist in efforts that support occupancy goals for both Independent and Assisted Living in collaboration with Northwest Colorado Health Marketing staff. 1. Position is in a well-lighted, accessible office environment, and involves sitting approximately 90% of the day, walking or standing the remainder. 2.
