Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. As a Concierge, you will assist guests with their inquiries, reservations, and requests, enhancing their overall experience at our establishment. This role requires a strong commitment to guest relations and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, offering personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities. Manage reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment on behalf of guests. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure that all guest information is handled confidentially. Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently. Provide information about hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Stay informed about local events, attractions, and services to provide accurate information to guests. Skills Strong background in guest relations and customer service within the hospitality industry. Experience in hotel or resort environments preferred. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Proficient in front desk operations and guest services. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
