About NovoSculpt NovoSculpt is a premier, QuadA-accredited body contouring practice located in Cos Cob, Connecticut. We specialize in advanced minimally invasive body contouring procedures, including fat removal, skin tightening, and fat transfer, all performed in a modern, boutique clinical environment. We are seeking an energetic, polished, and personable Medical Receptionist / Patient Coordinator who will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and prospective patients. This position combines traditional front desk responsibilities with lead management, patient outreach, and consultation scheduling. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating confidently by phone, email, and text, and proactively helping prospective patients take the next step toward scheduling their consultation. ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Experience Welcome patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Answer incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and confidently. Check patients in and out. Maintain accurate patient information within our electronic medical records system. Keep the reception and waiting areas organized, clean, and presentation-ready. Coordinate seamlessly with physicians, Patient Care Coordinators, and clinical staff. Perform general administrative duties to support the daily operation of the practice. Lead Generation & Patient Outreach Contact prospective patients by phone, text message, and email to schedule consultations. Respond promptly to new inquiries generated through our website, social media, advertising campaigns, and referral sources. Build rapport with prospective patients and answer general questions about our services. Schedule consultations and maximize appointment conversion. Follow up with prospective patients who have not yet scheduled or who require additional information. Confirm upcoming consultations and maintain communication with patients leading up to their appointments. Maintain accurate records of all communications within our CRM and patient management systems. Assist with patient recall campaigns, promotional outreach, and other marketing initiatives designed to generate consultations. Work closely with management to maximize lead conversion while delivering an outstanding patient experience. Schedule & Location Per diem position Primarily Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays , as needed Typical hours are 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM In-person position 40 East Putnam Avenue, Cos Cob, CT 06807 Compensation $23.00-$26.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and professionalism. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience as a receptionist, patient coordinator, front desk coordinator, concierge, sales coordinator, or administrative professional. Outstanding verbal communication and telephone skills. Confidence speaking with prospective patients and building rapport. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records. Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented. Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, dentistry, med spa, concierge medicine, luxury hospitality, or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
