Every Customer Communications Agent plays an important role in supporting customer engagement, strengthening local marketing initiatives, and contributing to sales success through professional, relationship-focused conversations. What You'll Do as a Customer Communications Agent Meet directly with local residents to introduce Frontier's internet, TV, and wireless services. Build positive relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending solutions that fit their household. Explain available services, current marketing promotions, pricing, and installation details in a clear and approachable way. Guide customers through the enrollment process while creating a welcoming and professional experience. Support daily sales objectives through meaningful conversations and personalized customer interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, enrollments, and sales activity. Collaborate with fellow Customer Communications Agents to strengthen community outreach, support local marketing efforts, and achieve team goals. Continue developing communication, leadership, marketing, and sales skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship as a Customer Communications Agent . What Makes You a Great Fit Enjoy building relationships and creating positive experiences for customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in face-to-face, customer-focused environments. Interested in customer service, marketing, sales, or community outreach.
