Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic, customer- and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Studio Sales and Guest Relations . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving studio growth through effective communication, hospitality, and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs and recommend products, services, and programs to meet those needs Promote and sell K Club memberships and K Pack service packages to every guest Up-sell and cross-sell products and add-on services to maximize transaction value Collaborate with the studio team to achieve conversion, revenue, and guest retention goals Perform new guest protocols in accordance with company guidelines Demonstrate consistent focus on membership and package sales, customer service, and guest follow-up Support lab operations including wax preparation, dispensing, and supply maintenance Enter appointments and transactions accurately and efficiently in the point of sale (POS) system Greet and assist all guests with professionalism, friendliness, and enthusiasm Schedule and confirm guest appointments and manage studio calendars Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and re-booking Ensure guest records (CIFs) are completed prior to treatments Maintain high brand standards and quality service delivery at all times Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of guest communication promptly Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency Keep lobby and public areas clean, organized, and welcoming Perform general administrative and clerical support including cash management and reporting Assist supervisors and studio leadership with daily tasks as needed Other duties as assignedQualifications:
Sales experience preferred, especially in spa, salon, or retail environments Outgoing, cheerful, and energetic with a guest-first attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and resourceful with the ability to solve problems independently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Proficient in basic computer skills including POS systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plusBenefits:
