Concierge Manager Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy mentoring a team? We are seeking a Concierge Manager to oversee a team of concierges, ensuring top-tier service for residents, tenants, and property management teams. About the Role As a Concierge Manager , you will lead and support a team of full-time, part-time, and on-call concierges. Your role is critical in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring smooth operations, and providing hands-on support when needed. You will coach and mentor team members, assist with resolving property-related issues, and oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the concierge team to ensure a seamless resident and guest experience. What You'll Do Supervise and manage a team of concierges, ensuring top-notch customer service. Train, mentor, and develop staff, providing ongoing coaching and support. Assist concierges in resolving resident and tenant concerns. Act as a concierge when needed, including logging packages, answering calls, and assisting residents and property management. Ensure proper shift coverage, create monthly staff schedules, and facilitate team meetings. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas. Monitor and enforce concierge policies and procedures. Keep training up to date for both new and existing team members. Communicate policy and procedure changes to the team. Respond promptly to property management requests and ensure timely issue resolution. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should have:Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.Skills & Qualities:
Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interact professionally with high-profile residents, tenants, and clients. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to service. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with BuildingLink, KeyTrack, or similar property management software is a plus. Multilingual skills are a plus.
