Esplanade Golf & Country Club Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Spa and Wellness Experience Coordinator ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Overview :
The Spa and Wellness Experience Coordinator is the welcoming first point of contact for members and guests at our Spa and Wellness Center. This role blends spa hospitality, front-desk operations, and basic fitness support to create an exceptional experience for our community. What You'll Do:
Greet members and guests warmly and professionally. Manage spa and wellness appointments, check-ins, and transactions using Club Essentials. Assist members with online booking and general app navigation. Provide facility tours and answer questions about spa services, fitness amenities, and programs. Conduct fitness orientations for new residents, including basic equipment instruction and safety guidance. Support spa providers by coordinating schedules and maintaining smooth daily flow. Assist with retail sales and maintain inventory of wellness products. Help ensure the Spa and Wellness Center is clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using technology and learning new systems. Interest or background in spa, wellness, hospitality, fitness, or customer service. Weekend availability.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in a spa, salon, fitness center, hospitality, or front-desk environment. CPR and First-Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Ability to remain active throughout the shift.
