We are seeking a compassionate and organized Concierge Associate to join our team at the Advanced Care Center in Clearwater, Florida. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional care and comfort of our residents. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to residents, family members, and visitors by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner Coordinate and facilitate activities, events, and outings for residents, taking into account their individual preferences and needs Room preparation, orientation and tours. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Demonstrate a keen understanding of our residents' unique needs and preferences, and adapt your approach accordingly Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident activities, events, and concerns Support other departments with customer service and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in customer service, front desk/reception, or hospitality preferred—healthcare or senior living experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Friendly, empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to serve others. Basic computer and office software skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
