Ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable at all times. Creates a professional impression, acting as an ambassador for the hotel. Greet all guests that meet Guest Relations ensuring that the guest's name is always used. Handles guest enquiries and provides information on local attractions and gives directions as required. Answers all telephone calls in a professional, friendly manner. •
