Responsibilities Greet residents, visitors, and vendors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage resident check-ins, package deliveries, and visitor logs efficiently using property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite Handle tenant requests, maintenance coordination, and lease or rental agreement inquiries with clarity and professionalism Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, rent payments, and service requests through data entry and filing systems Enforce community policies in accordance with Fair Housing regulations and lease agreements while resolving conflicts diplomatically Support property management staff with administrative tasks including phone etiquette, document preparation, and filing Assist with lease renewals, upselling amenities or services to residents, and promoting community programs to enhance resident satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles, with familiarity using Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and Section 8 voucher processes Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person Experience managing lease or rental agreements, contracts, and conflict resolution strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks and data entry Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment Previous experience working within property management companies or facilities management is preferred but not required Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to creating welcoming communities!
