This is a flexible, on-call position that provides coverage for scheduled staff during absences, vacations, or other staffing needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Open and close the clubhouse and amenity areas as assigned. Greet and assist residents, guests, and community members in a professional and courteous manner. Monitor clubhouse facilities and ensure residents follow community rules and regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, restrooms, fitness areas, and other amenity spaces. Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, and removing trash. Assist with room setups and breakdowns for meetings, social events, and community functions. Monitor the use of clubhouse amenities and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to management. Check that furniture, equipment, and common areas are properly arranged and maintained. Assist residents with general questions regarding clubhouse facilities, hours, and procedures. Maintain accurate records, logs, or incident reports as required. Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, rule violations, or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor. Assist with special events and community activities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Community Association Manager. Fill-in Mustas needed to cover.
