ROLE DESCRIPTION

Steering Automobile Experience - More than car storage, Revs Reserve is built on the philosophy that cars are meant to live, breathe, be protected, and always be ready to drive The Revs Reserve Car Concierge will collaborate with garage management to establish a profitable business through Member acquisition, vehicle maintenance management, and overseeing facility operations. The position will work with the Assistant General Manager to fulfill requests of Members, monitor vehicles, assist with transports, deliver on ancillary services, follow procedures for incoming and outgoing vehicles, and maintain an organized and clean facility. Full-time Essential Functions Establish and work towards occupancy goals with garage management Meet the needs of all Members, ensuring the highest levels of service Listen to Member issues, update management and provide solutions Create sales leads for ancillary service work Assist with vehicle maintenance management; coordinate the sales and completion of all ancillary service work with staff and third parties Provide weekly and monthly reporting to garage management Work with team members to maintain a fully operational facility Coordinate and work with other Revs team members on an as needed basis to create the best possible Member experience Qualifications and Education Requirements Valid driver's license and good standing driving record General knowledge of basic car maintenance, ability to drive manual vehicles, comfort with significant and valuable motorcars Ability and enthusiasm to network and relationship build within the collector and exotic car industry Proficient user of MS Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Must be available to travel for events, work some nights, and most weekends Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing Ability to multitask, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced work environment Superior organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail Impeccable attendance record Great follow through skills to successfully meet deadlines and project dates Comfort speaking with and in the presence of high-net-worth individuals Experience in automotive related sector
