You have the first and last contact with each client, and your impression is a lasting one. You are trained to handle the client as if the client were the most important person around. You are also in a prime position to receive client feedback. Vacation for employees Our spa will pay for one week's vacation (five working days) after one year of continuous employment. Vacation days are accrued from the date of hire for a fiscal calendar year. Vacation pay is calculated on a daily average basis for the total days worked in the preceding calendar year ending on December 31st.
