Job Description

Job Summary As a Studio Lead at a Pilates studio, you will oversee front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in process for all clients. Your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering inquiries, and managing appointment scheduling. You will also handle transactions, maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment, and support the team in delivering a positive, professional experience for every client. Your role is key to creating an organized, client-focused atmosphere that enhances the overall studio experience.
Responsibilities Check-in Clients :
Greet clients upon arrival, check them into their sessions, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Customer Service :
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Manage Phone Calls :
Answer phone calls in a professional manner, providing information about classes, memberships, and scheduling. Respond to
Emails :
Manage and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing client concerns, booking requests, and general inquiries.
Text Messaging :
Communicate with clients via text messages, confirming appointments, sending reminders, and responding to any questions.
Social Media Management :
Post engaging and informative stories and updates on the studio's social media platforms to keep clients informed and attract new clientele.
DM Inquiries :
Respond promptly and professionally to direct messages (DMs) on social media platforms, answering client questions about the studio, classes, and services.
Scheduling and Bookings :
Handle appointment scheduling for classes and private sessions, including managing cancellations and waitlists.
Maintain Studio Cleanliness :
Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and welcoming, and assist in keeping the studio environment clean and inviting.
Support Studio Staff :
Assist Pilates instructors and other studio staff by ensuring the studio is well-prepared for classes, providing them with necessary materials, and addressing any operational needs.
Qualifications Minimum Age Requirement :
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and management.
Customer Service Experience :
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to provide exceptional service in a professional and friendly manner.
Organizational Skills :
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
Basic Computer Skills :
Proficient in using computers and various software programs, including scheduling and point-of-sale systems.
Phone and Email Etiquette :
Comfortable answering phones, responding to emails, and texting professionally.
Social Media Proficiency :
Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to post updates, stories, and engage with clients.
Team Player :
Collaborative and able to work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth studio operations.
Flexible Schedule :
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules.
Professional Appearance and Attitude :
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a positive, approachable demeanor. Interest in
Pilates :
A genuine interest in Pilates and fitness is a plus, with a willingness to learn about the studio's offerings.
Problem-Solving Skills :
Ability to address and resolve client issues or concerns in a calm, efficient, and professional manner. Please note that as a Pilates-inspired studio, our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 5:10 AM to 2:30 PM. We would also greatly appreciate flexibility to work evening shifts from 4:10 PM to 7:30 PM and weekends are required Saturday and Sunday 6:10am - 2:30pm. (We don't schedule every weekend)
