As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Spa Concierge is responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional luxurious, 5-Star service for all guests while creating a comfortable, relaxing personal experience. We have a Part-Time position available. All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Essential Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, preferable in the hospitality industry. Professional manner, discretion, and appearance. Must be able to keep calm and composed while under pressure. Ability to stand for long periods. Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

Essential Skills:

Previous experience working in AAA, Five-Diamond, Forbes Five-Star property. Must have an eye for detail. Must be able to build rapport with guests. Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision. Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
