We're looking for a Front Office J-1 participant to join a boutique-style hospitality operation in Miami, Florida .

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll gain hands-on experience with the daily operation of the front desk, including guest arrivals and departures, reservations, guest questions, service requests, and creating a welcoming experience from the moment guests walk through the door. Because Miami welcomes guests from across Latin America and around the world, basic Spanish is required .
