Flexible concierge medicine opportunity for Medical Doctors (MD/DO) and Nurse Practitioners (NP) providing medical care to international travelers staying in hotels and private residences throughout the Miami metropolitan area. This is a flexible, on-demand opportunity ideal for providers looking to supplement their current clinical practice.

Important:

We are specifically looking for providers who have some daytime availability between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM to accommodate scheduled house calls. Providers are not required to be available for the entire time window.

Visits:

Scheduled appointments coordinated by our team (not emergency dispatch).

Daytime Availability:

Providers should have availability during the day, within the 7:00 AM-6:00 PM time frame, to perform house calls.

Flexibility:

No minimum hours required — providers are free to accept or decline visits based on their availability. RequirementsLicensure Active Florida medical license. Medical Doctors (MD/DO): Must hold an active and unrestricted Florida medical license.

Nurse Practitioners:

Must hold an active Florida APRN license and be legally authorized to provide the services required for this position, including prescribing medications within their scope of practice. Professional Liability Insurance Providers must carry active malpractice insurance in their own name prior to seeing patients. The company does not provide malpractice coverage. Services Availability for House Calls and Phone Consultations . Ability to provide medical assessments and treatment for common acute illnesses affecting international travelers. Ability to prescribe medications when medically appropriate and within the provider's authorized scope of practice. Languages Fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus given our international patient base. Portuguese or French is also a plus. Transportation Reliable transportation is required for hotel and private residence visits throughout Miami, Miami Beach, and surrounding areas . Verification Must be willing to undergo background verification.
