Job Description

Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous, and outgoing friendly service to all residents, guests, and fellow employees in a manner that promotes our values. Assists with maintaining records of maintenance and operating costs, as well as all related Association documents. Confers regularly with community association members to ensure their needs are being met. Assists Community Association employees in answering incoming calls, directing them to appropriate personnel, takes and delivers messages. Performs general office work such as word processing, filing, operating copy, and scanning. Assists with correspondence and other special projects as assigned. CAM License not required; Reimbursement to obtain CAM License may be available Knowledge of Microsoft products like Excel and Word. Must have prior HOA experience. Ability to communicate effectively with managers, guests, and employees in one-on-one small-group situations in a fast-paced environment. Ability to create and disseminate written correspondence. While performing the duties of this job, regular standing, talking and hearing is required. Healthcare Benefits
