WELLNESS CONCIERGE

WELLNESSMANAGER GENERAL SUMMARY
Wellness Center Concierge reports to the Wellness Manager. Works in partnership with other Club team members to anticipate and meet the needs and desires of the Members. Ensures that the Wellness Center and Racquets Courts are an inviting place that is well-stocked, clean, and organized for members' enjoyment as well as the overall operation of the facility that is expected in a private club environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes and accurately tracks all Sports and Wellness daily charges, instructor payouts, and guest charges. Cleans the Wellness Center area and wipes down fitness equipment at least once daily or as often as needed. Greets users of the Wellness Center; has them sign in; answers telephones and maintain files of program cards, testing and other information. Works in conjunction with the Wellness Manager and Head Racquets Professional to input and manage the Wellness and Racquets Calendar. Enforce Wellness Center dress code standards in accordance with club policies Occassionally attends staff meetings; researches assigned projects and topics; provides continuing education services to other staff members. Keeps group fitness room neat and clean. Cleans bathrooms when immediate attention is required. Promotes private lessons and massage/spa services. Assist with the planning and execution of holiday and seasonal children's camps, including activity coordination, material preparation, and daily operational support Monitor, order, and maintain inventory to support wellness operations, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the pool area when required Develop and distribute promotional materials (flyers, signage, and digital communications) in collaboration with the Communications team Serve as a liaison between Members, trainers, therapists, and other wellness professionals to support coordination of services Communicates any problems to the Wellness Manager or other appropriate staff member. Assists with special events in other club departments when necessary. Performs other duties and attends special events as requested or requested by the Wellness Manager of Director of Sports and Club Operations.ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform effectively in either an indoor or outdoor setting.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment required.
- Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations.
- Maintain effective employee and Member relations.
- Excellent verbal communication.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Canva preferred.
- First Aid and CPR/AED certification or will obtain within 30 days of employment.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Members.
- The employee is regularly required to stand and/or sit for long hours.
- Must be able to talk and hear in person and by telephone.
- Must use hands and fingers to operate, handle, or feel office equipment.
- Must reach with hands and arms.
- May work outdoors and be exposed to wet and/or hot conditions.
- While performing duties of this class, the employee is regularly required to work on multiple concurrent tasks with constant interruptions, read and interpret documents and information; use oral communication skills; interact with TwinEagles staff, Membership, the general public, and others encountered in the course of work.
- Ability to perform first aid and CPR while utilizing the emergency equipment.
- Move or lift objects up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to climb, crawl, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push or pull.
- Communication, to include: reading, hearing, and talking with employees and Members.
- Must have close, distance, peripheral, and color vision along with the ability to adjust focus.
- Must have valid driver's license.
