About the Role The Director of First Impressions serves as the community's front-line ambassador, managing reception operations and ensuring every visitor, resident, and team member receives exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Manage the front desk and phone system with professionalism and efficiency. Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families in a welcoming manner. Coordinate mail, packages, and deliveries for residents and staff. Support the administrative team with clerical and scheduling tasks. Maintain an organized and polished reception area. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma required; college coursework preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency with phone and office systems. Experience in hospitality or senior living preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to remain seated for extended periods and perform general office duties.
