This is white-glove living support — the New York doorman standard in downtown Orlando. You are not watching a lobby; you are elevating every resident's day. Your role

• Deliver a warm, discreet, five-star arrival experience for residents, guests, and approved visitors
• Manage access, guest credentials, and vendor entry with care and professionalism
• Provide white-glove package service: receive, log, and deliver items to residents' doors
• Coordinate laundry and dry-cleaning handoffs — accept deliveries and return them to the unit
• Offer resident pet support, including dog walking when requested
• Anticipate needs before they are asked: reservations help, local recommendations, small errands within reason, and smooth problem-solving
• Maintain a pristine lobby and front desk presentation at all hours
• Partner with property management and vendors so the building always feels attended and premium
• Staff day, evening, and overnight shifts as part of true 24/7 white-glove coverage Who thrives here
