Leland Management is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Concierge & Administrative Assistant at one of its onsite communities in the Palm Bay area with strong administrative skills, outstanding customer service, and a friendly, professional demeanor. This position involves high volumes of phone communication, email correspondence, and administrative support , along with concierge responsibilities and limited event-support duties. This position requires part-time Concierge duties and part-time Lifestyle Coordinator duties. Concierge duties include Administrative support to the Community Association Manager by handling clerical tasks, communications, documentation to ensure smooth community operations. The Lifestyle Coordinator duties include being responsible for assisting the Lifestyle Manager in developing, coordinating, and implementing social, educational, and entertaining programs, activities, and clubs to enhance the overall community lifestyle of our residents. Creating and nurturing unique relationships with each resident to ensure the community's needs and desires are met is key to being successful in this position. Must be capable of performing position duties with minimal direct supervision. RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in program development and event planning. Ability to interact and build relationships with our active-adult residents. Demonstrate strong creative and organizational skills. Possess impeccable communication skills, including the ability to lead presentations, meetings, and group activities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, social media management, and mass email communication platforms. Maintain a positive attitude and remain professional under all circumstances. Ability to stand/walk/sit for up to 8 hours a day. Ability to occasionally lift/carry approximately 30 Lbs. Ability to work alone inside the Clubhouse facility including evenings.RESPONSIBILITIES
Could Include:
Lead by example, encourage teamwork, and promote Leland Management's company philosophy in your onsite location. Demonstrate exemplary customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills as a daily onsite presence and an additional point of contact for the members Provide additional facility oversight in coordination with Association Manager to include Assisting in Common area community inspections while on shift Filing, scanning of leases and required community documents as assigned Assist with resident gate and clubhouse access Assist with resident work orders Assist with resident Architectural Applications Following opening and closing procedures for the Clubhouse facilityAssist with Club organization and charters Assist with community website updates and editing, producing, and distributing regularly scheduled e-bulletins Assist with concept design, planning, logistics, and execution of existing large-scale live events as well as daily routine lifestyle programs, activities, and classes geared toward our residents Assist with conducting assessments to determine which activities the residents would be most interested in pursuing and/or participating Assist with development and maintaining a comprehensive events calendar for both digital and print (clubhouse) distribution Assist in soliciting and secure sponsorships/advertising and support from local businesses and organizations Inventory necessary supplies for Lifestyle events Take photos of community events, parties, and other special occasions Nurture lasting relationships with residents, vendors, and local businesses Additional duties as assigned by Lifestyle Manager and/or Association Manager Salary Description $18.00 to $19.00Benefits
