Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Full-Time (Mon-Fri 9:30am-5pm) dynamic and personable Front Desk Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our unique medical practice. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional patient service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for patients, visitors and practice team. Duties Greet patients, visitors, and staff warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls efficiently. Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, collecting payments, handling inquiries, and providing practice information. Accurately register and update patient demographics within our EMR. Ensure that all appointments are scheduled accurately and completion of medical history for each patient. Support administrative functions by managing doctors' schedules, inventory tracking and ordering for the facility and practice. Must be highly competent utilizing Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel), Zoom meetings, Slack, managing and running monthly reports and can solve simple IT issues. Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized while managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries. Eager and committed to fostering a team environment while we continue to grow. Assist practice administrator with other assignments and duties. Experience Proven administrative experience in a medical office environment with strong organizational skills and computer literacy including Microsoft Office Products and EMR experience . Demonstrated excellent customer service experience with the ability to handle diverse patient needs professionally Experience answering multi-line phone systems with exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills. Bilingual a plus. Requirements All candidates are required to consent to a background screening and credit check. Must have reliable transportation and available to work full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm. We are a seeking a permanent candidate only. Must have a professional and polished appearance; no excessive piercings, visible tattoos, un-natural hair colors, consistent hygiene and professional attire. Pleases note; All first-round interviews will be conducted in the office. We offer Health Insurance (company pays 70% of the cost, employee responsible for 30%), PTO, 401k (available by the end of 2026), Paid Holidays (New Year's Eve -afternoon, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve (afternoon), and Christmas Day and access to treatments/testing at discounted rates.
