With two growing locations, we are looking for a strong, organized, and people-oriented leader to join our team. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk and studio operations Deliver an exceptional experience to students and families Manage scheduling, trials, and student onboarding Support enrollment, retention, and sales growth Coordinate with teachers to ensure high-quality lessons Maintain organization, communication, and workflow across the school Assist with events, recitals, and student performances Ensure the studio environment is welcoming, clean, and professional Additional Responsibilities Follow up with trial students and convert them into enrollments Monitor lesson quality (notes, recordings, communication) Support monthly billing, communications, and scheduling systems Assist with social media updates (student highlights, activities) Help coordinate recitals and special events What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales mindset and ability to connect with families Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience in studios, education, fitness, or service businesses preferred Why Join PIMAS?
