Job Description
Overview The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners and guests visiting or contacting the Amenity Center. This position provides exceptional customer service, assists homeowners and guests with access credentials and amenity-related services, answers general billing and account questions, and supports the daily operations of the community's recreational facilities. The Concierge represents the Town Center in a professional, courteous, and service-oriented manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Welcome homeowners, residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Respond to resident inquiries regarding facility usage, programs, policies, and community amenities. Provide accurate information regarding operating hours, events, reservations, and facility guidelines. Answer general resident questions related to amenity fees, charges, account balances, and payment procedures. Assist residents in understanding billing statements and direct complex account issues to the appropriate accounting or management staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident transactions and requests. Serve as a visible staff presence throughout the clubhouse and pool areas. Monitor common areas and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns. Support community events and activities as assigned. Support management with special projects and community activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service, hospitality, concierge, recreation, clubhouse, or community association experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience handling resident or customer inquiries in a professional setting is highly desirable. Ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and HOA staff. Ability to exercise sound judgment and remain calm during emergencies. Basic computer and administrative skills preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform routine inspections of clubhouse and pool areas. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Work Environment This position is based at a Town Center Clubhouse serving approximately 1,400 homes. The role requires regular interaction with residents and guests and involves monitoring both indoor clubhouse facilities and outdoor recreational amenities, including the community pool.
