Job Overview We are seeking a vibrant and efficient Front Desk Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate believes in the importance of first impressions and ongoing customer service. They will be impactful with their actions and words and willing to offer a helping hand to all who enter the community. Responsibilities Greet everyone who enters the community and offer them assistance. Manage visitor sign in processes. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed. Handle family inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively. Follow confidentiality policies and procedures regarding release of information for residents and/or team members. Monitor concierge email and respond accordingly. Manage marketing colateral daily. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a senior living setting.
