Alpha Nutrition Shop Pensacola, FL Part-Time Pay:

$16/hour with bonus opportunities Alpha Omega Performance is hiring a dependable, friendly, and proactive Front Desk Associate to help support the daily operations of our gym and nutrition shop for our 1:30-7:30 shifts M-F and 8-12pm on Saturday . This role is ideal for someone who loves people, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and organized, and is excited to be part of a health-focused community. You will be one of the first faces people see when they walk through our doors, so we are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional, and willing to take ownership of the front desk, gym lobby, and nutrition shop experience. Responsibilities The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for: Gym Support Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional gym environment Greeting members, visitors, and prospective clients as they enter the facility Answering general client questions and directing more specific questions to the appropriate team member Interacting with new clients and helping create a welcoming first impression Assisting with daily gym upkeep, including lobby, bathrooms, trash, floors, and general tidiness Supporting events, promotions, and community activities as needed Nutrition Shop Support Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of Alpha Nutrition Shop Checking out customers through the point-of-sale system Answering basic questions about supplements and products Helping customers find products that align with their goals Restocking shelves and keeping inventory areas organized Notifying leadership when products are low or when customers request items we do not currently carry Promoting current shop specials, samples, and events Client Experience Creating a positive and professional experience for every person who walks in Building relationships with members and customers Helping prospective clients feel comfortable and seen Communicating clearly with coaches, leadership, and shop staff Taking initiative when something needs to be cleaned, restocked, organized, or followed up on Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a busy environment Willing to clean, restock, and keep the facility looking professional Interested in fitness, nutrition, supplements, or health Comfortable learning new systems and product information Professional in communication and appearance Self-motivated and able to see what needs to be done without always being asked Requirements Customer service experience preferred Retail or front desk experience preferred Interest in health, fitness, or nutrition preferred Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts consistently Must be willing to learn about supplements, gym services, and client experience standards Compensation & Perks $16/hour Bonus opportunities available based on performance, sales, lead follow-up, and team contribution Free gym membership 20% discount at Alpha Nutrition Shop About Alpha Omega Performance Alpha Omega Performance is more than a gym.
