Receptionist Job Overview:
We are a yoga, mat pilates and tai chi studio seeking a professional and organized receptionist to join our team. This position is for someone to work part time, a couple days a week between the hours of 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. In this position you are the front desk receptionist and will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and assisting clients over the phone
- Cleaning and upkeep in order to maintain a tidy and organized studio
- Handle retail sales for yoga classes and retail store
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle point of sale system
- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of yoga, health-related topics
- Familiarity with front desk operations
