Description Job Overview:
The Front Desk associate is the face of our service at the properties we support. These treasured associates consistently interact with both residents and guests, and as a result, develop meaningful relationships that enhance the quality of our work. Most of our front desk associates work independently, and without direct supervision. are the face of our service at the properties we support. These treasured associates consistently interact with both residents and guests, and as a result, develop meaningful relationships that enhance the quality of our work. Most of our front desk associates work independently, and without direct supervision. and provide quality service to our customers.Your Responsibilities:
Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees Monitoring and controlling access to the building Handling deliveries and packages Stands, greets, and engages residents; checks guests and service providers in/out Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system Resolving and following up on all complaints/issues Maintaining daily records and forms Follows safety procedures and strives to maintain a safe work environment Other duties as needed.Skills & Qualifications:
Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary. Ability to maintain positivity and diplomacy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organization, motivation and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment and decision-making ability. Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate and provide guidance. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, leases and/or regulationsPhysical Requirements:
Ability to work under usual office conditions. Ability to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be on call at all times and able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.What We Offer:
As a part-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full supplemental benefits to include your choice of dental and vision.Compensation:
$20- $22 /
Hour Schedule:
Part time 24 Hrs per week (Flexible Hours M-F 8:00AM- 8:00PM, Saturday
- Sunday 10:00AM
