Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Agent Concierge to join our real estate brokerage. This role serves as a strategic partner to our agents—helping them leverage tools, systems, and resources to grow their business while supporting a collaborative and high-performing office environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys training and supporting others, and is passionate about driving agent productivity and success.
Compensation & Earning Potential Base Salary:
$30,000 - $40,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
Monthly Performance Bonus:
Up to $2,500/month based on KPI achievement
Additional Incentives:
Uncapped earning potential through: Per-unit bonuses for Mortgage, Title, and Insurance services Property Management referrals Outgoing and relocation referrals
Total Earning Potential:
High performers can significantly exceed base salary through a combination of KPI bonuses and production-based incentives.

High school diploma required; associate degree or higher is a plus
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, administrative support, training, or a related field Familiarity with real estate operations, CRM systems, and transaction management tools preferred
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to train, coach, and support individuals with varying levels of experience Experience with CRM platforms, MLS, and transaction software (e.g., Lone Wolf, AppFiles) is a plus

Agent Support & Onboarding Provide hands-on support to new and existing agents as they set up and grow their business Serve as a go-to resource for questions related to company tools, CRM systems, marketing platforms, and transactions Assist agents with CRM setup, transaction management, and system adoption 2. Training & Development Host and support trainings, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions Create and maintain training materials and resource guides Support agent development in lead generation, prospecting, and transaction best practices 3. Marketing & Communication Support Assist agents by coordinating with Marketing on materials such as listing presentations, flyers, and social media content Support office communications and presentation materials 4. Office Operations Ensure agents have access to necessary tools, resources, and supplies Maintain a professional, organized, and collaborative office environment 5. Office Events & Engagement Assist in planning and supporting office meetings, trainings, and events Contribute ideas to enhance agent engagement and office culture 6. Special Projects & Support Support office initiatives and special projects as assigned Act as a liaison between agents, management, and support teams
