Varies based on club needs; includes evenings, weekends, and holidays Position Summary The Member Concierge / Host is often the first and last impression of Killearn Club for members and their guests. This role welcomes everyone who enters the clubhouse, serves as a knowledgeable resource on club offerings and events, manages reservations and check-ins, and helps keep the clubhouse clean, polished, and inviting. The ideal candidate is warm, poised, and detail-oriented, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in creating a personal, "welcome home" experience for every member. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests by name whenever possible, offering a warm and professional welcome at the front desk and throughout the clubhouse. Serve as a point of contact and resource for members, answering questions about club amenities, hours, policies, events, and programs upon entering the Clubhouse Check in members and guests for dining reservations, private events, and club activities. Take, confirm, and manage dining and event reservations using the club's reservation system. Monitor reservation flow and seating to support a smooth, well-paced experience. Help maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming clubhouse interior, including the lobby, front desk, lounges, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Keep the front desk area organized and stocked with brochures, event calendars, and member materials. Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Share information about upcoming events, programs, and announcements with members. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hostess duties, customer service, front desk, or concierge roles. Interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor. Comfortable with reservation systems, email, and basic computer programs (club management software experience is a plus). A genuine service mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, and perform light cleaning tasks. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the club's event calendar.
