Job Summary We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and guests. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, providing assistance, and contributing to a positive and professional environment. Responsibilities Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Provide information about products, services, and company activities. Assist customers with general questions and requests. Support scheduling and routine front desk activities. Maintain an organized and professional reception area. Assist with incoming mail, deliveries, and general office activities. Support customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives. Communicate customer questions and concerns to appropriate team members. Assist with daily administrative and customer service activities. Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable communicating with customers in person and by phone. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
