We're looking for a warm, professional Director of Agent Communications to be the voice, face, and pulse of our Market Center. You'll welcome agents and visitors, manage front-office needs, write weekly agent communications, oversee our social media calendar, capture content, and help promote Market Center events. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter who can manage competing priorities while keeping every interaction and message professional, accurate, and on brand. Responsibilities:
Welcome agents, staff, prospective agents, and visitors and provide a professional first impression Answer and route incoming calls, manage mail and deliveries, and maintain an organized front-office environment Call Agents, write and send weekly agent communications covering announcements, events, new agents, wins, and Market Center updates Manage the Market Center's Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, including a monthly content calendar Capture photos and short videos at events, trainings, and agent milestones Coordinate meeting and training room schedules, setup, and supplies Support and promote Market Center events, including RED Day, BOLD lunches, food drives, and training events Maintain agent contact lists, distribution groups, and the Market Center's online business information Proof agent-facing communications for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency Track basic email and social media engagement to determine what content is working
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Warm, professional, and hospitality-minded demeanor Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic content or design tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and consistency Basic photography and video-capture skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Comfortable learning and using new technology Reliable self-starter who can work with little supervision and follow through on responsibilities About Company Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners
