Job Description

Position Overview The CLEO Concierge is responsible for delivering an elevated front desk experience while ensuring operational excellence within the studio. This role blends guest services, communication management, scheduling optimization, and light operational support. You will serve as the hub of communication for clients and providers, ensuring every interaction reflects CLEO's professional, consistent, and on-brand tone.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Front Desk Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism Ensure new client intake forms are complete and accurate Check out guests, process payments, and assist with rebooking Maintain a calm, organized, hospitality-forward front desk environment Phone, SMS & Email Communication Respond promptly to inbound calls, SMS, and prospect emails Maintain low response times with clear, polished communication Ensure tone of communication is professional, consistent, and aligned with CLEO's brand standards Lead Management & Follow-Up Maintain and update cancellation and lead tracking sheets weekly Support proactive follow-up with prospective and existing clients Assist in keeping lead pipelines organized and current Scheduling & Boulevard (BLVD) Management Ensure provider schedules are optimized and free of double bookings Manage calendar flow and assist with appointment adjustments Support daily schedule reviews for efficiency and continuity Studio Operations Support Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio common areas Restock linens and retail inventory as needed Assist with inventory counts and supply reordering Support providers with light operational needs throughout the day Who You Are 2+ years of experience in front desk, guest services, hospitality, or client-facing roles Beauty, salon, medspa, or wellness experience is preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented Professional communicator (both written and verbal) Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Naturally warm, polished, and service-driven Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Tech-comfortable and able to learn scheduling systems quickly You take pride in creating seamless experiences. You anticipate needs before they arise. You understand that excellence lives in the details.
