You'll help bring Life Time's mission of inspiring a Healthy Way of Life to life by connecting members with the experiences, programs, and services that support their health and wellness goals. You'll develop your sales acumen and professional network by advancing through our hospitality certification levels, while building a customized career progression plan aligned with your goals. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with other departments to connect new members to our programs. Promote services and amenities to enhance guest engagement. Experience Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, showcasing strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people, both verbally and in writing. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions that meet guest needs. Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations and guest management is a plus. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
