This is a hands-on role that covers guest communication, light maintenance, and general operational support. Key Responsibilities Guest Communication & Customer Support Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests — in Korean and English. Unit Maintenance & Property Upkeep Perform routine inspections of guest units to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Carry out basic maintenance tasks (light bulb replacements, minor repairs, appliance checks, etc.). Coordinate with outside vendors or contractors for repairs beyond basic scope. Maintain common areas and ensure the overall property is well-kept at all times. Operations & Administrative Support Pay utility bills and manage routine property-related invoices and expenses. Pick up, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Support meal preparation or food coordination for guests as needed. Manage supply inventory and restock household and guest essentials. Assist with any additional day-to-day operational needs of the property.
