Job Description

Marketing Concierge - $25 per hour Full-Time | Temporary-to-Permanent We are hiring 10 outgoing and customer-focused Marketing Concierges to support resorts throughout Oʻahu. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent Marketing Executive role.

Pay & Schedule:

$25.00 per hour during temporary assignment

AM Shift:

6:45 AM - 2:30

PM PM Shift:

1:15 PM - 9:00 PM Must be available weekends and holidays Next training class: September 7

Validated Parking Responsibilities:

Provide friendly concierge and guest assistance Recommend local restaurants, attractions, and activities Assist with booking activities and guest services Engage with guests in a professional and outgoing manner Promote vacation ownership presentations and approved offers During the first approximately 60 days, employees will focus primarily on concierge and guest assistance duties. Successful candidates may then transition into a permanent Marketing Executive role focused on inviting eligible guests to vacation ownership presentations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient in English Basic computer skills Knowledge of Oʻahu attractions, restaurants, and activities Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with guests Open availability, including weekends and holidays Interested in a full-time, long-term opportunity Sales, marketing, hospitality, or commission-based experience is a plus Japanese/English bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply Upon conversion to a permanent Marketing Executive position, employees will transition to applicable hourly plus commission compensation structure.
