Responsibilities What You'll Do:

As the Director of First Impressions , you will be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors. Your mission is to create a welcoming and professional experience while providing critical administrative support to our team.

Front Office Excellence:

Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor in person, over the phone, or via email.

Administrative Support:

Assist the team with scheduling, document preparation, and general office organization.

Coordination Mastery:

Manage incoming calls, distribute mail, and ensure our office operates efficiently and professionally.
