Part-time | Evening & Late Night Availability Required We're looking for a friendly, confident, and detail-oriented Host / Concierge to be the first point of contact for our guests—whether they're joining us for dinner or heading downstairs before a show. This role shifts depending on the venue schedule and is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys both hospitality and crowd management. Position Overview This is a dual-role position :
Non-Show Days:
You'll act as a traditional restaurant host , creating a warm first impression for diners and supporting front-of-house operations.
Show Days:
You'll step into a concierge / door role , assisting concertgoers, directing foot traffic, and ensuring alcohol compliance between spaces. ResponsibilitiesNon-Show Days (Restaurant Host) Greet guests warmly and manage the host stand Seat guests efficiently and communicate wait times clearly Manage reservations and walk-ins Bus and reset tables as needed to support service flow Answer guest questions and provide general restaurant information Maintain a clean and organized entry and dining area Show Days (Concierge / Door) Greet and assist concertgoers entering the space Direct guests to the correct bar, restaurant, or venue entrance Ensure alcoholic beverages do not leave designated service areas Monitor guest flow between spaces and communicate with staff as needed Serve as a calm, professional presence during high-volume periods Enforce house policies respectfully and confidently
Schedule & Pay Host Shifts:
Typically 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM $12/hour + tips Door /
Concierge Shifts:
Evening to late night, as late as 2:00 AM $18/hour Availability for late nights and weekends is required.
