The Concierge will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The position requires a personable attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various guest requests efficiently. Duties Greet and welcome guests or clients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment. Assist visitors with their inquiries, providing accurate information and directions as needed. Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met to enhance their experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests at the car wash location, offering assistance related to vehicle services or other amenities. Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge area to present a professional appearance. Manage scheduling or reservations if applicable, ensuring efficient flow of services. Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, or other services based on guest interests. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment such as a car wash setting. Pay:

$19.50 - $26.00 per hour
