Our front desk is the heartbeat of the salon, so we want someone who can keep things running smoothly while still having fun and being part of the team! 1+ year of customer service experience preferred Friendly, confident and comfortable talking with guests Reliable and ready to show up for their team Organized and able to juggle multiple things at once Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments and handling payments Able to communicate openly, ask questions and receive feedback Positive attitude and enjoys working in a busy, team-focused environment Comfortable learning new systems and technology Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays Excited to learn, grow and potentially step into a leadership role over time The fun stuff: You'll work alongside a creative, energetic team in the beauty industry, get to know our amazing guests, be surrounded by all things hair, skin, nails and beauty, and play a big part in creating the experience Rain is known for. $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 38.0 per week
