As a Service Concierge, you'll play an important role in keeping our dealership running smoothly while creating a positive experience for every customer.
Your responsibilities include:
Safely moving, parking, and organizing dealership vehicles Welcoming customers and providing exceptional service Directing guests to the appropriate Service Advisor Assisting with the vehicle check-in process by gathering basic vehicle information Transporting parts and supplies as needed Washing vehicle exteriors and vacuuming interiors Keeping the service drive clean, organized, and inviting Operating snow removal equipment during winter weather Supporting the team with general janitorial and facility upkeep Why Kendall Ford? Requirements:
A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required. Work is performed equally inside and outside, the majority of job duties will be completed via standing or walking, though bending and twisting will occur to enter and exit vehicles frequently. Lifting 20 pounds occasionally, and rarely up to 50 pounds will be required.
